The Management and the Team of “Royal Tulip Sea Beach Resort & Spa” hopes that all our guests, aficionados, business partners and associates are in good health and will face future ventures in positive ways loaded full of positive energy and motivation. Furthermore it is important for us to pay our respect to all front liners who, during this pandemic, faced enormous and critical challenges to keep us safe and to help us.

We would like to update you on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and your wellbeing when you will stay with us:

Our Cancellation Policy:

We are waiving cancellation fees for hotel stays through June 30, 2020 for guests traveling from Bangladesh and all over the world. Guests can re-use their deposit up-to next 6 months and rebook your stay hassle free. Please note: This policy does not apply to group bookings.

Guests who booked online via travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We always take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking now additional steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates. We are implementing international standards for reinforced levels of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance. We are following the recommendations of international hotel associations and multinational chemical suppliers.

Specific steps the Management of the “Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Resort & Spa” is implementing:

Associate Health and Safety:

Hotel associates – and their health and safety knowledge – are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we’re supporting them:

  • Personal Hygiene: Our Associates are having adequate training on maintaining personal hygiene including hand washing, using face masks, maintaining social distancing during the service. Our washing materials and necessary safety supplies are well-stocked and in place. Moreover, all associates are properly screened before entering and when leaving the resort.
  • Ongoing Training: In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates are also completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training through personal training and continuous electronic posts and updates.

Cleaning Products and Protocols:

Our hotel use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:

Guest Rooms, public areas and back of the house: Specific cleaning sequences applying branded chemicals for dedicated use in hotels and hospitals are used throughout the hotel for cleaning and sanitizing processes of guest rooms, public areas and the back of the house. Particular attention is paid to “frequent-touch” items like door knobs, table tops, water-tabs, counters etc. The frequency of cleaning processes will be increased and the results regularly monitored.
